Bloom GUI Progress


The GUI process is probably one of my favorite parts of game design. Here, I have a few shots from an upcoming VN of mine by the name of Bloom. I intend for it to be part of a trilogy, but things are still being sorted out.




The main menu will be animated-- specifically the swinging lantern and sun cycle of the background. The grimoire function is like an in-game library that I'll be working in, while the gallery encases the respective CGs, BGs, and music.



Since crafting is going to be important to the game, an extensive and interactive inventory and dictionary will be provided.


Books can be attained to help boost skills or simply paint a larger, more detailed backdrop to the game.
